All orders are acknowledged via fax or e-mail. Please review your order acknowledgment carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or required changes.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Cancellations or changes to orders already in progress are subject to all costs incurred to date.

The logos, names and trademarks shown in this catalog are not intended for sale and do not imply endorsement by the organization represented. They are examples of the type and quality of work produced. Placement of an order constitutes an agreement by the customer that they are authorized to use the logos, names and trademarks presented to us. We assume no responsibility in trademark, patent or copyright disputes.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
All items are marked with the country of origin either on the item itself or on its packaging.
DIE CHARGES/MOLD CHARGES
All die charges/mold charges listed in this catalog are based on 2D designs of standard complexity unless otherwise specified. Die and mold charges are a service charge only and payment does not constitute ownership. All dies and molds remain the property of the factory for the exclusive use by the customer. Dies/molds are available for up to 3 years from the date of last order.
OVER/UNDERRUNS
We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under the amount ordered.
PRICES/QUOTATIONS
All prices shown are effective January 1, 2006 and are subject to change without prior notice. Lower quantity rates will apply to all orders with quantities between break points. Quotations are available for orders that exceed the maximum quantity listed as well as items that are larger or smaller than the dimensions listed.
PROMOTION
We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless notified in writing at the time the order is placed.
RETURN POLICY
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. All returns must receive a Return Authorization number from General Awards. Unauthorized returns will be refused

RUSH ORDERS
Orders requiring a faster turnaround than the standard production time listed must be approved by General Awards. Additional charges apply.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped FOB New York. Unless specified, we will use our best judgment in choosing the most effective carrier for your shipment. For deadline orders, we reserve the right to ship by an expedited method.
SPLIT/DROP SHIPMENTS
Shipments to multiple locations are subject to a $5.00(V) charge per location. A typed list of location addresses and quantities must be submitted with your order. Incorrect addresses are subject to additional charges.
TERMS
A 50% deposit along with credit references is required by all new customers prior to placing an order into production. Net 30 days with approved credit. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
